2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
60 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp ancho chile powder
8 ears corn, grilled
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, and lime juice. In another small bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese and ancho chile powder.

Spread the mayo mixture onto the warm grilled corn. Sprinkle with the cheese and chili powder mixture. Serve while warm.
