5 ears corn, husks and silk removed
125 ml mayonnaise
100 g shredded Parmesan cheese
15 g chili powder
5 g ground black pepper
30 g chopped fresh parsley
Step 1
Husk and remove the silk from the corn. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Cut 5 squares of aluminum foil 1 ½ times the size of the ears of corn. Place each ear of corn in the center of a piece of foil.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chili powder, ground black pepper, and fresh parsley until it forms a thick paste.
Step 4
Spread about 30g of the paste over each ear of corn. Wrap the aluminum foil around the corn and seal. Arrange the corn on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then turn the corn and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
