450 g ground turkey

60 g thinly sliced baby spinach

2 tbsp garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, baby spinach, egg, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Step 3
Form the mixture into eight palm-sized meatballs and place them 5 cm apart on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the center and the outside is browned. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 74°C (165°F).
