4 cups (600g) chopped rhubarb
1 cup (200g) white sugar
1 (85g) package strawberry-flavored gelatin mix
1.5 cups (360ml) water
1 (432g) package yellow cake mix
0.5 cup (115g) melted margarine
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 23x33cm (9x13-inch) baking pan.
Step 2
Spread the chopped rhubarb in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer the ingredients in the following order without stirring: sugar, gelatin mix, water, cake mix, melted butter.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until the topping is golden brown, about 45 minutes.
