Strawberry Spinach Salad with Toasted Walnuts

225 g walnut pieces
480 g strawberries, quartered
1 bag (280 g) iceberg salad
140 g baby spinach
115 g crumbled feta cheese
1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Spread the walnut pieces on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven until golden brown and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes. Let them cool for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss together the toasted walnuts, strawberries, iceberg lettuce, baby spinach, feta cheese, red onion, and black pepper.
