225 g bulk pork sausage
450 g frozen bread dough, thawed
4 slices hard salami
4 slices thinly sliced ham
4 slices American cheese
150 g shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 egg white, lightly beaten
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the sausage until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
Step 3
On an ungreased baking sheet, pat out the bread dough to 2 cm (3/4 inch) thickness. Arrange the salami, ham, and American cheese slices in the center of the dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and the cooked sausage. Fold the dough over the ingredients, pinching and sealing the edges to prevent any filling from leaking out. Brush the top with the beaten egg white.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until the dough is golden brown, about 17 to 20 minutes.
