750 g sliced fresh strawberries
120 g white sugar
15 g cornstarch
1 tsp ground cinnamon
90 g all-purpose flour
55 g packed light brown sugar
30 g white sugar
30 g quick-cooking oats
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
2.5 g salt
115 g unsalted butter, melted, divided
30 ml milk

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a 23x33 cm (9x13-inch) baking dish.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix flour, both sugars, oats, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Add 60 g melted butter and stir until crumbly.
Step 4
In a small dish, combine the remaining 55 g melted butter, milk, and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Step 5
Pour the strawberry mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the crumb mixture over the top. Then, pour the butter mixture over the crumb topping.
