225 g grape tomatoes, halved

900 g watermelon, cubed

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, and kosher salt. Add the halved grape tomatoes, arugula, and sliced red onion. Toss the ingredients to coat them evenly. Gently stir in the cubed watermelon and feta cheese. Serve immediately.
