Ingredients

110 g spaghetti
30 g butter
2 eggs
10 ml garlic powder
10 ml ground black pepper
15 ml minced onion
15 ml dried rosemary
grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

Directions

Step 1
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain well.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Cook the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are just about set and the yolks are still quite runny and unbroken. Sprinkle the garlic powder, ground black pepper, minced onion, and rosemary over the eggs while cooking.
Step 3
Place the hot spaghetti in a deep plate or pasta bowl. Top it with the fried eggs and stir together to allow the eggs to continue cooking and the broken yolks to create a sauce. Serve immediately, with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
