Ingredients

6 large eggs
45 ml mayonnaise
15 ml white sugar
5 ml honey mustard
5 ml vinegar
2.5 ml salt
2.5 ml ground black pepper
1 pinch ground paprika

Directions

Step 1
In a saucepan, place the eggs and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 15 minutes. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise, and set the whites aside. Place the yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork or pastry blender until powdery. Stir in the mayonnaise, sugar, honey mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 3
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the halved egg whites. Arrange them on a plate and lightly sprinkle with paprika. Chill for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
