2 slices white sandwich bread
3 slices thick cut bologna
3 slices deluxe American cheese
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 cup barbecue potato chips
Step 1
Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, make 3 to 4 slits around the edges of each bologna slice. Add the bologna to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to low, top each slice with cheese, and cook until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Spread mustard on one side of each bread slice. Stack the bologna and cheese on top of the mustard side of one bread slice. Add the barbecue potato chips on top, then place the second bread slice on top of the chips, mustard side down. Serve immediately.
