450 g premium bulk sausage
450 g processed cheese food (e.g., Velveeta®), cubed
1 can (280 g) diced tomatoes with green chilies (e.g., RO-TEL® Original), undrained
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the sausage for about 10 minutes until browned. Use a spatula to break up the sausage as it cooks. Drain the excess fat and return the sausage to the skillet.
Step 2
Add the cubed Velveeta® and undrained RO-TEL® to the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until fully melted and combined. For a thinner dip, add a splash of half and half in the last 5 minutes of cook time. Serve immediately.
