Ingredients

750 g white sugar
340 g butter, softened
6 eggs at room temperature
225 g cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
375 g all-purpose flour, sifted

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Grease and flour a 25-cm (10-inch) fluted tube pan (such as a Bundt pan).
Step 2
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the sugar and softened butter until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the sifted flour, about 125 g at a time, until the batter is smooth and velvety. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until the top is golden brown, about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
