Ingredients

500 ml chilled heavy cream
1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
15 ml vanilla extract
1.25 ml salt

Directions

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, pour in the chilled heavy cream. Beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, which should take 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix on low speed until fully combined, which should take about 20 to 30 seconds, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture into a 23x13 cm loaf pan, spreading it evenly. Cover with plastic wrap, gently pressing down to touch the ice cream mixture to seal out any air bubbles. Freeze until firm, which should take at least 6 hours before serving.
