400 g tri-colored pasta assortment
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
1 red onion, finely chopped
450 ml Italian-style salad dressing
Step 1
Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, cooled pasta, and Italian dressing. Toss everything together until well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour or overnight.
