1.5 cups (300g) watermelon, seeded and diced
120 ml water
15 ml honey
15 ml fresh lemon juice
15 g white sugar
Step 1
In a blender, combine watermelon, water, honey, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
Step 3
To unmold, run the popsicle molds under hot water for a few seconds.
