Ingredients

45 ml extra-virgin olive oil
10 ml white balsamic vinegar
2.5 g kosher salt
120 g arugula
120 g baby spinach leaves
120 g thinly sliced red onion
150 g grape tomatoes, halved
60 g crumbled feta cheese
300 g bite-sized watermelon chunks

Directions

Step 1
