Ingredients

60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
30 ml lemon juice
30 ml red wine vinegar
0.25 tsp salt
Ground pepper, to taste
1 liter spring mix
1 liter seedless watermelon, diced
1 (113 g) log Montchevre® honey goat cheese
125 g hazelnuts, chopped

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt, and ground pepper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, gently toss spring mix and diced watermelon with the vinaigrette.
