1 head cauliflower
60 g butter, cut into pieces
5 ml mayonnaise
5 ml prepared mustard
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
Step 1
Rinse the cauliflower and remove any leaves. Place it in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes until just tender. Drain and place the cauliflower on a pie plate.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and mustard. Spread this mixture evenly over the cauliflower and dot with the butter pieces. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the cauliflower.
Step 4
Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven, uncovered, for about 30 minutes or until the cheese forms a golden brown crust.
