1 bunch flat-leaf Italian parsley, stems removed
125 ml olive oil
125 ml fresh cilantro leaves
60 ml fresh oregano leaves
4 cloves garlic, chopped (or more to taste)
3 tbsp white wine vinegar (or more to taste)
5 g salt (or to taste)
1.25 g ground cumin
1.25 g red pepper flakes
1.25 g freshly ground black pepper

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a blender, combine parsley, cilantro, olive oil, oregano, garlic, white wine vinegar, salt, cumin, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.

Pulse the mixture 2 to 3 times, then scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula. Repeat pulsing and scraping until a thick sauce forms, about 12 times.
