80 ml olive oil
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, or to taste
1 tsp ground cumin, or to taste
1 tsp paprika, or to taste
1 tsp dried mustard, or to taste
garlic powder, or to taste
4 (110 g) tilapia fillets

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon pepper, cumin, paprika, dried mustard, and garlic powder. Brush each tilapia fillet with the mixture using a pastry brush. Flip the fillets and brush the other side. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 3
Spray a large piece of foil with cooking spray and place it on the grill. Transfer the tilapia onto the foil.
Step 4
Grill the fillets on the preheated grill until they easily flake with a fork, about 5 minutes per side. Serve.
