Zesty Honey Lime Baked Salmon
This zesty honey lime salmon recipe features a flavorful blend of honey, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and red pepper flakes, creating a delightful dish. It's perfect when served over rice, with the pan juices poured over.
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp lime zest (from about 2 limes)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
450 g salmon fillet (skin removed)
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, lime juice, lime zest, and red pepper flakes until smooth. Place the salmon in a shallow glass baking dish and coat it with the honey mixture.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven, uncovered, until it flakes easily with a fork and an instant-read thermometer inserted near the center reads 63°C (145°F), for 15 to 20 minutes.
