300 g tri-color rotini pasta
350 g Italian salami, finely diced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, chopped
170 g sliced black olives
225 g small fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
240 ml Italian-style salad dressing
21 g dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
50 g shredded Parmesan cheese

Prepare all the ingredients.

Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add the rotini pasta and cook for about 8 minutes until it's al dente. Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water until cool.

In a large bowl, combine the pasta, salami, bell peppers, onion, mozzarella balls, and olives. Add the salad dressing and toss to coat everything evenly.
Step 4
Season the pasta salad with dry salad dressing mix and stir well to combine.
