250 g bean dip
170 g guacamole
350 g sour cream
28 g taco seasoning mix
225 g shredded Cheddar cheese
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1 tomato, chopped
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Spread the bean dip in a glass dish or on a large serving platter, and then add a layer of guacamole. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to allow the layers to set.
Step 3
While the layers are chilling, mix the sour cream and taco seasoning in a bowl until well combined.
Step 4
Once the layered dip has set, spread the sour cream mixture over the guacamole and top it with grated cheese. Garnish with tomatoes and jalapeños. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
