450 g thin spaghetti
1 bottle (240 ml) Italian salad dressing
60 ml red wine vinegar
1 small red onion, chopped
225 g pepperoni sausage, chopped
115 g sliced mushrooms
450 g Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
85 g sliced green olives, drained
1/4 bottle (15 g) salad seasoning mix
200 g shredded Parmesan cheese
Step 1
Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add the spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl.
Step 2
Pour the salad dressing and vinegar over the noodles. Mix well. Add the onion, pepperoni, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, seasoning mix, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
Step 3
Serve at room temperature or refrigerate for several hours, or overnight for even more flavor.
