85 grams Old Bay (tm) Seasoning
1 (340 grams) jar cocktail sauce

In a large pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil.
Step 2
Place the tiger prawns in a steamer basket and position it over the pot; cover it without submerging the prawns. Remove excess water if needed. Season the prawns with the Old Bay seasoning.

Steam the prawns until they turn pink, which takes about 3 to 5 minutes.

Enjoy the shrimp by peeling the shells as you eat and dipping them in the cocktail sauce.
