Ingredients

2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 to 1.5 inch pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp grated garlic (from about 6 cloves)
1/4 cup dry white wine
4 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
1/2 tbsp lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
Chopped parsley

Directions

1

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, Italian seasoning, and granulated garlic until combined. Add chicken and toss until coated.

2

Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, add the coated chicken pieces in a single layer. Cook undisturbed until browned on one side, about 4 minutes. Flip chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 4 minutes more. Transfer chicken to a clean plate; wipe skillet clean.

3

Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic to the same skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant and slightly browned, 1-2 minutes. Pour in wine and cook, stirring often, until most of the wine has evaporated, about 2 minutes.

4

Add butter and lemon juice to the skillet. Cook, stirring, until butter is fully melted, about an additional 1 minute. Add chicken back to the skillet, tossing in the butter mixture until evenly coated.

5

Transfer chicken to a serving platter, garnish with parsley, and serve alongside pasta or rice.
