Cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, mix together the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, condensed soups, water, salt, and pepper. Lay cheese on top of the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown on top, approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Let it cool slightly before serving.
