Ingredients

8 slices white bread (e.g., Wonder Bread)
2 tbsp yellow mustard
4 thin Cheddar cheese slices, halved
8 beef hot dogs (e.g., Oscar Mayer Classic Wieners)
4 tbsp minced yellow onion (1 small [5 oz.] onion)
2 tbsp + 2 tsp sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp seasoned salt (e.g., Lawry's)

Directions

1

Gather all ingredients.

2

Using a rolling pin, roll each bread slice into a flat square (about 4x4-inch). Trim the crust off to create the squares.

3

On each bread square, spread an even layer of mustard (around 3/4 tsp per square).

4

For each roll-up:

5

- Place a halved Cheddar slice on the edge closest to you.

6

- Lay 1 hot dog horizontally on top of the cheese slice.

7

- If needed, trim hot dog ends so it fits within bread edges.

8

- Spoon 1 1/2 tsp onion on the cheese slice above the hot dog; add 1 tsp relish.

9

- Roll up tightly, applying gentle pressure to seal the bread seams.

10

- Slice each roll-up into 3 equal pieces (about 1 1/4-inches each).

11

Place the roll-ups on a serving platter; repeat with remaining ingredients.

12

Preheat an air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes, or as instructed by the manufacturer.

13

Spray the tops and sides of roll-ups lightly with cooking spray.

14

In two batches, add roll-ups to the air fryer basket, spacing them 1/2-inch apart, and cook until the bread is golden brown (about 5 minutes).

15

In a small bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, and seasoned salt.

16

Serve hotdog roll-ups with the mayonnaise mixture.
