Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1 tbsp mayonnaise
4 slices ciabatta bread
250g deli-sliced roasted chicken
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 lettuce leaves
4 tomato slices, or to taste
cooking spray

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until browned (6 to 8 minutes). Drain on paper towels.

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each ciabatta slice. Layer chicken, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and bacon on 2 slices (mayonnaise-side up). Top with remaining 2 slices, mayonnaise-sides down.

On medium-high heat, heat a panini press according to instructions; coat with cooking spray. Place sandwiches inside and cook until heated through and cheese melts (5 to 7 minutes).
