2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
0.75 cup white sugar
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
1.25 tsp ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp ground ginger
0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
2 eggs
0.25 tsp salt
2 prepared 8-inch pastry shells
0.25 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and white sugar until combined. Add pumpkin puree, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, eggs one at a time, and salt. Beat until the mixture is creamy.
