8 cups strong freshly brewed coffee
1 cup white sugar
4 cups whole milk

Fill a 2-quart pitcher with 2 cups of ice. Slowly pour the brewed coffee over the ice and stir until fully melted. Mix in the sugar, continuing to stir until entirely dissolved. Add the milk, giving it a gentle mix until well combined. Incorporate the remaining 2 cups of ice, adding more if desired. Refrigerate until chilled for about 30 minutes.
