Ingredients

2 (12 oz) cans tuna packed in water, well drained
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 hard-boiled egg, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
1 teaspoon lemon pepper + more to taste (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise + more (optional)
4 slices bread
