This unique coleslaw recipe features ramen noodles, toasted almonds, and sesame seeds in a sweet-tangy dressing. A crunchy, satisfying salad perfect for a light lunch or side dish.
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a large salad bowl, combine shredded cabbage, green onions, and crushed ramen noodles. Set aside.
On a baking sheet, evenly spread out sliced almonds and sesame seeds.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes until lightly browned.
While the almonds and sesame seeds toast, make the dressing by whisking together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and reserved ramen seasoning packet in a medium bowl.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture, and toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and sesame seeds.
