1 cup white sugar

2 tbsp tapioca
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
2.25 cups all-purpose baking mix
3 tbsp white sugar

In a 2-quart baking dish, mix plums, 1 cup sugar, water, tapioca, and cinnamon. Bake for 25 minutes.
