Ingredients

16 oz pork and beans, drained
15 oz kidney beans, drained
15 oz butter beans, drained
15 oz lima beans, drained
0.5 lb bacon, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
0.75 cup brown sugar
0.5 cup ketchup
0.5 cup vinegar
0.25 cup molasses
1 tsp dry mustard

Preheat the oven to 175 °C (350 °F).

In a 2-quart casserole dish, combine pork and beans, kidney beans, butter beans, and lima beans.

In a saucepan over medium heat, cook bacon, onion, and garlic until the bacon is browned (about 10 minutes). Drain excess grease.

Whisk in the brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, molasses, and mustard. Simmer until cooked through (about 20 minutes), then pour the sauce over the beans, stirring to combine.
