Ingredients

16 oz egg noodles
1 lb lean ground beef
8 oz cream cheese, cut into pieces
6 oz chopped mushrooms with liquid
0.75 oz dry brown gravy mix
2 (10.5 fl oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
0.5 cup milk

Directions

Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook egg noodles until tender, draining after 7 to 9 minutes.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned and crumbly (5 to 7 mins); discard grease. Add cream cheese, mushrooms with liquid, and gravy mix. Simmer until cream cheese melts (2 to 3 mins).
