Ingredients

2 tbsp buttermilk
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp minced celery
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 tsp minced fresh dill
0.5 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp Dijon mustard
0.25 tsp salt, or to taste
0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
2 romaine hearts, chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 large cucumber, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup chopped cauliflower florets
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery stalk with leaves, diced
3 green onions, sliced
0.25 cup sunflower seeds
1.5 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
pinch salt and black pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, parsley, dill, Dijon mustard, onion powder, 0.25 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp black pepper until combined.

In a large bowl, toss romaine, cucumber, bell pepper, cauliflower, carrot, celery, green onions, sunflower seeds, and remaining chopped parsley together. Serve with dressing.
