Ingredients

1 cup milk
4 tbsp melted butter
4 tbsp water
1 beaten egg
4 cups bread flour
0.5 (3.5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tbsp white sugar
0.5 tsp salt
2.25 tsp bread machine yeast
1 cup packed brown sugar
0.5 cup softened butter
2 tsp ground cinnamon
0.25 cup chopped walnuts
0.25 cup raisins
1.5 cups confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp softened butter
1 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1

In the bread machine, add milk, melted butter, water, beaten egg, bread flour, pudding mix, sugar, salt, and yeast in that order. Select the Dough cycle.

2

Once the Dough cycle finishes, remove the dough and knead for 3 to 5 minutes. Roll it out into a large rectangle.

3

Prepare the baking pan by greasing a 9x13-inch surface.

4

Mix brown sugar, ½ cup softened butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread this mixture over the dough, then sprinkle walnuts and raisins on top.

5

Starting from the widest side, roll up the dough and pinch the seams to seal. Slice it into ½ to 1-inch pieces and place them in the greased pan. Let them rise until doubled in size in a draft-free area.

6

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

7

Bake the cinnamon rolls for 15 to 20 minutes.

8

Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by combining confectioners' sugar, 4 tbsp softened butter, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl. Spread this glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls.
