Ingredients

500 ml vegetable oil for frying
750 ml milk
1 egg
220 g garlic flavored instant mashed potatoes
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper
900 g chicken tenders

Directions

1

Pour oil into a large skillet and heat over medium heat.

2

In a shallow bowl, whisk together milk and egg. In another shallow bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, salt, and pepper.

3

Dip chicken tenders in the milk mixture to coat thoroughly, then shake off excess milk. Next, dip each tender into the potato flakes mixture.

4

Fry breaded tenders in hot oil until golden brown, for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
