1 tbsp minced garlic
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup quinoa

In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until it turns slightly golden, about 5 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and add the quinoa. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer until the liquid is absorbed, approximately 15 minutes.
