Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
0.75 cup white sugar
0.75 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups butterscotch chips, divided
1.5 cups quick-cooking rolled oats

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, mashed the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth. Beat in eggs until you get a creamy mixture. Gradually beat in the flour mixture, 1 ½ cups butterscotch chips, and rolled oats.
