Ingredients

1/2 recipe Easy Pot Roast
1 cup frozen peas
1 24-ounce container mashed potatoes, such as Simply Potatoes
1/2 recipe Hash Brown Casserole
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons sliced green onion

Directions

1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Warm the pot roast and gravy in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in peas until they're heated through, about 3-4 minutes, giving it a occasional stir.

2

Spoon mashed potatoes into a casserole dish, spreading them evenly.

3

Place the warmed pot roast and peas on top of the potatoes. Then, add the hash brown casserole on top of the pot roast, gently spreading it out. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the hash brown casserole.

4

Bake uncovered for about 35 minutes until the edges are golden and the filling is bubbly. Top with green onions and serve.
