Ingredients

1 (17.3 oz) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 cup low-fat milk
1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
0.5 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tbsp confectioners' sugar for dusting

Directions

1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Unfold puff pastry sheets onto a lightly floured work surface. Cut each sheet into 3 equal strips, then cut each strip into 4 squares, creating 12 pastries per sheet. Place squares on a baking sheet.

3

Bake until golden brown for about 15 minutes. Let the pastries cool completely.

4

In a bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix until thick and smooth. Allow it to stand and further thicken for 3 minutes. Gradually fold whipped topping into the pudding.

5

Fill a piping bag fitted with a medium tip with the chocolate mousse. Gently open one corner of each pastry square using a knife or finger. Create a small pocket in the pastry and pipe about 1 tablespoon of chocolate mousse into the opening. Repeat for the remaining squares and mousse.

6

Dust the clouds with confectioners' sugar.
