Ingredients

3 lbs ground beef
3 eggs
0.5 cup bread crumbs
0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
0.25 cup parsley, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 tsp basil, dried
1 lb bacon, sliced, cut in half crosswise

Directions

1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

In a big bowl, combine the beef, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, and basil. Shape into 2-inch meatballs.

3

Wrap 2 half-slices of bacon around each meatball at a 45-degree angle, ensuring the meatball is fully covered. Repeat this process for the remaining bacon and meatballs, creating 12 meatballs in total with double bacon wraps. Place them seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

4

Bake in the preheated oven until the meatballs are no longer pink inside and the bacon is crispy, approximately 45 minutes. Check with a thermometer that the internal temperature reaches at least 70°C (160°F). Drain any excess grease from the pan.
