Create a keto-friendly pizza with a chicken crust, topped with mozzarella and fresh basil. Customize with your preferred toppings or simply enjoy it cheesy.
Prepare all ingredients.
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together the ground chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl using your hands. Combine the basil as well.
Place the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper.
Gently press down on top parchment and shape the mixture into a circle or rectangle with a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2 inch; remove and discard the top parchment.
Bake until the edges start turning brown, in 35 to 45 minutes.
Serve with optional toppings or enjoy with just mozzarella and basil.
