Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup bulgur
2 to 3 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice

1

In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the bulgur and cook, stirring occasionally, until toasted for about 4 minutes.
