Ingredients

500 g baby carrots
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp dried mint, crushed

Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil over high heat. Add carrots, cover, and steam until just tender, 2 to 6 minutes depending on thickness. Drain carrots.

In the same saucepan used for steaming (no need to clean it), heat butter over low heat. Once melted, add carrots, brown sugar, honey, and mint. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved, 2 to 3 minutes.
