Ingredients

2 eggs
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp chopped fresh basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
500 g ground beef
1 cup panko bread crumbs

Directions

1

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

2

In a large bowl, combine eggs, Italian seasoning, basil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add ground beef and panko bread crumbs; mix thoroughly.

3

Using a teaspoon, shape the beef mixture into about 40 meatballs (1 1/2-inch in size, slightly smaller than golf balls). Place on ungreased, rimmed baking sheets.

4

Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the centers, 10 to 15 minutes total, turning halfway through. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 70°C (160°F).
