Line a 15x10x1-inch baking dish with waxed paper and lightly grease the paper.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows, butter, and peanut butter. Cover and microwave until the marshmallows are fully melted, about 2 minutes. Stir well.
Add cereal to the marshmallow mixture and stir until evenly coated; then spread into the prepared dish.
In another microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Microwave until melted, about 2 minutes. Stir well.
Drizzle half of the chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture, creating a 1-inch border around the edges. Roll the cereal mixture around the chocolate filling, starting from the short side and rolling away from you. As you roll, peel back the waxed paper. Place the roll seam-side down on a serving platter and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
Before slicing, warm the remaining chocolate mixture for 20 seconds in the microwave to make it easier to drizzle on top of the slices.
